Stéphane Masson is Partner and President of the Board of Directors of KALESO Group.

​

He is an Attorney-at-law and full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He has held numerous high-level positions in the public and private sector throughout his career and offers over thirty years of acquired expertise in succession and estate planning.

​

Stéphane studied law at the University of Lausanne and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1995 after a traineeship at Poncet, Turrettini, Amaudruz & Neyroud. He started his professional career as a lawyer for the Secretary General of the Department of Economy of the State of Vaud in Switzerland. He then worked as a Legal Counsel in commercial and private law for both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG legal Switzerland. In 2001, Stéphane was appointed Head of KPMG private Western-Switzerland. He ran the division for four years, until he co-founded Kendris Ltd., Switzerland, and served as member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board. He also served as Head of the LATAM market, where he continued to expand his expertise and network in Mexico and other regions of Latin America.
